Effective 1 February 2018, there will be a change in the late letter policy.

Late letters will only be accepted from students that are on orders/deployment, first time program users or extreme circumstance. Those meeting one of the above exceptions will be required to submit a late letter to the WVEEP Specialist along with supporting documentation and memorandum from the SM’s O5 Level Commander or signature authority representative to support the claim for late submission.
